Faith or Fear?

Which do you choose? Have you heard that story about the two wolves, one good and one evil? Where the grandson asks which wolf wins? And the grandfather answers whichever he chooses to feed is the one that wins. The same is true for our thoughts. There is a consequence of choosing faith or fear.

Faith can mean, faith in the process, faith in your ability, faith in the people around you or even faith in a higher power. But fear can mean lack of certainty, lack of confidence, belief that there is no support available to them either in the physical or spiritual realm.

When you choose faith and take a leap of faith, more times that not, if you have a real belief that “it” is possible, no matter what “it” is, can result in receiving said “tangible.” Where when you have fear you often don’t even take the first step, or feel like you can’t do it which becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. And as result, because you never earnestly take a shot you never make the proverbial basket.

My advice is to never let fear stop you from achieving your dreams. I believe with the right mindset, an actionable plan, accountability and persistence any thing is possible, if you don’t let fear cripple you and cause you to stay planted where you are like a tree.

As humans we are meant to get outside our comfort zones and move away from the forest so that we can see the trees so to speak. This gives us a better perspective on the possibilities for our own lives. Realizing our potential on this journey called life becomes much easier when we remove the belief systems that limit the possibilities. Take the first step in faith and believe that your dreams can come true. And you will be so happy that you do!
